The challenge

Three organizations — one in the Philippines, one in Spain, one in Mexico — needed hands-on AI training adapted for their teams, workflows, and languages. Not a generic course. Not a translated slide deck. Real training built around how their teams actually work.

What we built

ESA designed and facilitated custom AI workshop series for each team. Each engagement was built from scratch — role-specific content, real workflow output from day one, and bilingual delivery where needed.

The Philippines engagement focused on practical AI tool adoption across team functions.

The Spain engagement included bilingual facilitation in English and Spanish, with culturally adapted examples and exercises throughout.

The Mexico engagement was delivered in Spanish, with content adapted for the team's local market and workflows.

All three were delivered remotely, across time zones, without losing the hands-on quality of an in-person session.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver training in languages other than English?

Yes. We deliver bilingual training in English and Spanish. Our team is fully bilingual and adapts content culturally, not just linguistically.

Can you train a team that is entirely new to AI?

Yes. Our workshops are designed to meet teams where they are — from complete beginners to teams that have experimented but not yet adopted AI systematically.

How do remote workshops maintain engagement across time zones?

We design sessions around active work output, not passive presentation. Participants leave each session with prompts and workflows they built themselves during the session.
