This is right for you if…
Training built around real work.
Every session is hands-on — your team leaves with output they can use, not notes they'll forget.
How a training engagement works.
We build the curriculum around your team before the first session — so training lands, and adoption sticks.
We learn your team's roles and workflows.
A short intake to understand who’s in the room, what tools you use, and where AI can save the most time — so the curriculum fits your team, not a template.
Custom curriculum and prompt library built for you.
We design role-specific sessions and draft a starter prompt library around your real tasks. No generic slide decks.
Live, hands-on sessions — recorded.
Interactive workshops (up to 20 people per session) built around real work output. Delivered remotely, in English or Spanish, and recorded for reference.
Applied practice on your actual work.
Between sessions, your team applies AI to live tasks with the prompts and playbooks we provide — so skills become habits.
Adoption check-ins and refreshers.
Optional follow-up sessions and adoption check-ins to close gaps, add use cases, and keep momentum as tools evolve.
Most training engagements run 2–5 weeks depending on team size and number of tracks. We'll scope a specific plan on your call.
What your team walks away with.
Training you keep — not a one-time session everyone forgets by Friday.
Everything we build is yours to keep — the curriculum, the prompt library, the recordings. If you onboard someone next quarter, the training is already there.
How we engage.
AI training across three countries and two languages.
Three organizations — one in the Philippines, one in Spain, one in Mexico — needed hands-on AI training adapted to their teams, workflows, and languages. Not a generic course, and not a translated slide deck.
Delivered to teams in the Philippines, Spain, and Mexico — in English and Spanish, fully remote, with hands-on work output in every session.
Questions teams ask before training.
Which AI tools do you train on?
Primarily ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, plus any industry-specific tools your team uses. We're vendor-neutral — we teach what fits your work, not a platform we're paid to promote.
Is training remote or in person?
Sessions are delivered live and remote, which keeps them flexible and easy to record. We've run this format for teams across multiple countries and time zones.
How big can a session be?
Up to about 20 people per live session keeps it hands-on and interactive. Larger teams are split into tracks so everyone still gets real practice, not a lecture.
Is training available in Spanish?
Yes. We deliver bilingual training in English and Spanish, with materials culturally adapted — not just translated.
What if our team is new to AI?
That’s common and completely fine. We meet teams where they are and build from practical, real-work examples — the goal is confidence, not jargon.
Do we keep the materials?
Yes. The curriculum, prompt library, and recordings are yours to keep and reuse — including for onboarding new hires.
How is this different from an online AI course?
Self-serve courses teach AI in the abstract. We build training around your team’s actual workflows and have people produce real output during the session — which is what makes adoption stick.
